Maximum XP

At new game you can set:

1. Average XP 

- Yes=When you merge 2 armies,  the merged army will receive the average of the experience of the 2 armies

- No=the merged army will receive the maximum XP of the 2 armies

2. Armies max XP

- Yes=after every turn all army will get the maximum XP

-No= XP remains (this feature off)
